All products are subject to availability. We may limit product quantities when reasonably necessary, including to prevent fraud or unauthorized resale.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order enters processing or shipment.

8. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, product-condition requirements, return shipping responsibilities, and refund processing times are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Our current general policy provides a 30-day return window for eligible new products, accepts eligible exchanges, requires returns by mail, assigns return mailing costs to the customer, charges no restocking fee, and processes approved refunds within three days.

The Return and Refund Policy forms part of these Terms. We will honor the policy applicable to your order and any non-waivable rights provided by law.

Nothing in these Terms deprives a consumer of mandatory protections or rights available under applicable law in the consumer’s place of residence.
